Ashtanga Yoga: Melanie Green

If you’re in the SF Bay Area (studio in Berkeley) or are able to do zoom classes, I highly recommend Melanie, who has been my yoga teacher for the past 17 years. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, curious and wise. I’ve done a yearlong intensive with her focused on yoga as social justice and been with her on many retreats.
