“Manchester” by Kishi Bashi
Recommended by Skip Rynearson
This was my introduction to Kishi Bashi, who has become, inarguably, one of the greatest living independent music artists alive. His catalogue is full of absolute beautiful gems. I can’t recommend him enough, if you aren’t familiar already.

Photographed his show at the St. Clair in Boston, and he left a huge impression. He signed my poster, “may your lens never forget every moment is already a song.” Sadly, my poster is gone, but the words still echo.
