Good smelling soap

A postpartum shower is a different experience. I felt like a feral creature who couldn’t get enough of a scent. It was a moment of brief comfort that was so needed. During this time I also ordered a shampoo I used in high school to get a whiff of a familiar, old, comforting scent? Interesting behavior. The shampoo didn’t hold up for me. But the perfume of a soap felt like the most precious luxury. Saipua soaps are my favorite and Coriander Citrus really came alive for me in those psychedelic shower experiences.
