Cake Stands (Specifically to Use as Plant Stands)

Now I can't take full credit for this one - this is a hack from my mother (who is a plant mother to many plant babies).

There is a catch to this one. Not every cake stand works as a plant stand, so more than likely it will take you some searching to find one that doesn't just look like you placed a plant on a cake stand. The ideal plant stand has a shorter base to minimize the risk of it tipping over.

However, once you find the perfect plant stand, all of your searching will have been worth it because your little plant baby will have a super cute little display ;) This is just such a simple way to replace your plastic plant saucers with something a little cuter and elevated.

Of course, you could just purchase a new cake stand to use as a plant stand, but let's be honest - everything is cuter when its vintage. Plus, it feels good to finally thrift something you've been in search of for a while.
