jennifer aniston salad

Recommended by Juliana

still can't believe I didn't beat others to recommending this incredible salad with a silly origin. this is our daily lunch about half the weeks of the year, and something I bring every postpartum parent to get a healthy, nourishing salad. recommend keeping the chickpeas and quinoa separate so you can heat them before eating. it's really that good though.

Jennifer Aniston Salad Recipe

“Thanks, @Jamie L. Made this and it was delicious. As delicious as the name is embarrassing, which is to say, very. *I’ve now made this twice and wanna tell you I prefer toasted pinenuts to pistachio in this, though both are delicious.”

“Actively obsessed with this salad. I don’t add cucumbers and use vegan feta but other than that make it as is. Also I love how stupid and embarrassing the name is.”
