Taco dip recipe from a friend

The first time I tried this taco dip, my brain was literally rewired. I bring it to parties constantly and it’s always gone quite quickly. So simple and easy to assemble, but I try to make it a few hours or the day before an event so it can set in the fridge for a bit. No bake required. Customize as you like! Fits perfectly in a half-size aluminum pan :)
