Moonbuddy

A tactile buddy to help your kids (and... maybe you too) mindfully breathe either before bed or during big emotional transitions. There's an adult one too but it looks like a serious, corporate vibrator and is not as easy to use imo. The kids' one also doesn't require an app! Love it, so much, and so does my kid.
