Aw I did read this one!!! Very feel good
@shira_
So glad you enjoyed :) The audio is also excellent! Some other recs: KIN By Tayari Jones, LIFE AFTER LIFE by Kate Atkinson (older, but good!), THE LINCOLN HIGHWAY by Amor Towles--also a road trip book!, COMING HOME by Rosamunde Pilcher (also excellent on audio), MONA'S EYES by Thomas Schlesser

Also, ABIGAIL by Magda Szabó

I loved this one so much!

If you want to keep these vibes going, read “So Far Gone” 😍
@anywherewithyou
orange cat on the cover is kinda selling it for me
@shira_
I will say the cat is quite the character and features heavily in the story!

Annie’s other book “Unlikely Animals” is equally phenomenal!! She’s incredibly gifted at finding the humor in heartbreaking moments without sanding the edges off or glorifying grief & suffering
@shira_
I just started reading UNLIKELY ANIMALS and am loving it so far!! She's an excellent writer!! I also have another book of hers on my TBR pile :)
@beccamandy
I loved this one! The audio was *chefs kiss*. I’d recommend Theo of Golden!

“Full circle rec league. Picked this up before a recent trip and couldn’t put it down the way you binge a new series. Equal parts comedy and sweetness.”
