family tree wall
Recommended by Shellie Gossling
I put up photos of each side of the family, both living and nonliving. I want their faces and stories to be familiar and dear to my children. Our family tree is in the middle, my side is on one side, my husband’s is on the other.

My grandma did this at her house and we all loved it! When we were younger she’d update our school photos

We have ours in our front entry hall! My husband had the idea to add a mirror in it so that anyone who visits can see themselves as part of it. <3 (And, bonus, we can use it for one last look check before we’re out the door ;-)
@shellie
I LOVE the mirror idea!!
