KASÉ Homemade Ginger Ale

I’m West Indian and have big feelings about ginger ale, especially when it’s homemade. Back in June, a beverage director poured me a glass of this ginger ale from KASÉ and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It’s available at Sake No Hana, few select retailers here in NYC, and by the case, online.

“bruh!!! adding this to the VIB (very important beverages) list before I even finish the bottle. it's a tiny bit sweeter than I expected but the spice blend and the brown sugar make this good as hell. (I found this wandering the aisle of Happier Grocery in manhattan, as I am want to do.)”
