I’m sure a lot of the New Yorkers in the room have already tried the lamb burger at Hart’s in bedstuy, so maybe this is inspiration for you to get it AGAIN. This has to be the best burger in the world, and you can add the anchovies to it if you want a saltier twist. I had this after a day of swearing I wouldn’t go out to eat and save money… let’s just say money was spent on burgers and martinis just like every other week. I can’t help who I am…
