Jonathan Huang ceramic frogs

I’ve had an inexplicable frog obsession since I was a kid. As an adult, I have a (totally) reasonable collection of frogs of all forms displayed atop my living room shelf.

Thankfully, Brooklyn-based ceramicist Johnathan Huang also shares a similar reverence. He expertly creates frogs figurines in signature glazes. I love his approach to form. They are small but substantial— with the perfect amount of heft.

He’s got a dedicated following, and releases these in drops, which usually sell out within a day.
