Staub 7 qt Round Dutch Oven Black Matte

Before I got one I used to wonder, "Is it worth the price tag?"

15 years later, yes, YES it totally is worth every penny. This is the workhorse MVP in my kitchen. I also owned a le creuset, LOVED it until I accidentally burned the pot, but it was glaze (?) in white enamel. It looks great on camera, but it would get bits of burn / stain from daily wear and tear, and it would stress me out. This dutch oven in matte black is easy peasy lemon squeezie. Because this will last you a life time, there is no rush. Wait for a sale (usually around the holidays).
