Referring to your dog's harness getup as their "going out top"

I dunno. I started saying it to my favorite pup friend when trying to get her ready and hyped to go outside (she's not naturally hyped for that). Anyways, she's never amused by it but it makes me laugh and I can't stop now, so I'm compelled to share.
