a big thermos of lemon, ginger & honey tea: this does have actual health benefits when you’re sick, but i also just like the comfort of holding a big warm jug of tea

squeeze and slice a lemon, slice up some ginger and pop it in the biggest vessel you have and then add a ton of honey. sip on it throughout the day and add more water and honey as needed

Foot rubs: My mom would rub my feet with a nice warm lotion whenever I was sick. She’d get some squishy socks to put on after and it always made me feel so loved:) I do it for my kids when they don’t feel good.
