Plants from your neighbors

This is a sunchoke my neighbor gave me. I have potatoes, daisies, and dahlias too, which is to say your neighbors are gonna give you plants they can’t kill and have too many of. It’s a good way to learn and build your garden, knowing someday you could be the guy giving tenacious plants to the new folks on the block.
