If you’re making coffee for just you or you and another person, this is about as easy as it gets outside of a Mr. Coffee and if you get a good grinder you can dial in some amazing cups! I think the aeropress is more work than it’s worth. If you’re wanting an espresso-like cup a moka pot does a better job

I don’t have a specific brand, but I always get unbleached and wet the filter with hot coffee before I put beans in to get rid of any paper taste. James Hoffman on YouTube has a great video about pour over v60 coffee
