Diaspora Spice Co
I saw the owner speak at a seminar once. She was so energetic, fun, bright, and real. She spoke so passionately about bringing equity to the spice farmers she works with, as well as maintaining and stewarding the land used. She was really honest about the uncertain future her company faces but shared her plans to move forward and adapt as best as possible while maintaining her ethos.
Plus her outfit was really cute

really is the best ever. The coriander, cumin, and black pepper are nearly daily users for me. Also the popcorn seasoning is REALLY good.
