Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix

I knowww I can make my own pancake mix, but once we got this from Costco, the pancake frequency in our household skyrocketed, and with it the morning joy. (Who wants a Mickey Mouse pancake? Chocolate chip pancakes? Sure! Pancakes with smiley face berries? Why not?) Plus it is pretty good on the protein content.
