what I’d call dippy ramen. They give you the noodles separate from the broth and they’re thicker and delish and you can get them hot or cold. It’s very small but you will see it is v popular and men in suits will come on their hour lunch or dinner and slirp away. Legit would cry if I got to step foot in there again. They even give you hair ties.
