"Nacho Day" Nachos

Heard this years ago + love the tradition. If someone's having a bad day, declare it "nacho day" (aka "not your day") + make nachos for dinner. Guaranteed to turn the day around.

YES! When I’m craving frozen pizza, nachos hit all the notes of carbs and cheese, cheap and pretty easy, and I can add so many delish veg on top.
