A Baked Potato for Dinner
Recommended by Sarah
A great, easy dinner when you're not feeling up to making a full meal. Throw those taters in the oven for 45 min. + fill it with all of the things - sour cream, salted butter, chives, shredded cheddar or whatever is in the fridge! Always unexpectedly hits the spot.

“That’s it - that’s the rec - you can use an ungodly amount of butter and sour cream and salt and pepper, they are easy and somehow I forgot about them for the last couple of decades”
