I haven’t cooked in two months because I just took the bar (10/10 do not rec) BUT cooking is my passion and I’m ready to get back into it. What is the FIRST thing I should make? Not a weeknight dinner or something casual, but your favorite real cooking project recipes, please!

Definitely a high effort / high reward project, i love and rec this recipe. Plus since it can be made a day in advance, you could have a dinner party without the stress of making a big project on the same day you host!
