really love this collaborative improvisational piano album from Ólafur Arnalds + Nils Frahm

both multitalented emotive instrumentalists.
and amazing to see live. would recommend that.

took my friend to see Ólafur during a time when they were working themselves and their relationship to the bare bone. they told me it was the most introspective they've been at a concert.

he closed his set with this beautiful song for his grandma and spoke of watching the stars with her as a child + the importance of reducing our impact on nature.

which i'd also recommend.
