Friction

I’ve been sort of dancing around this concept for awhile now and once I heard Mary Beth Barone talk about it on the podcast Ride, I felt absolutely tickled with joy! After years of subconsciously trying to make our lives as easy as possible, many of us feel too isolated. As a freelancer some days feel downright robotic. Since I work from home even more so! I’m trying to bring more friction back into my life! Chatting with a stranger in line at a coffee shop! Going to a crafting event! Shopping in person instead of online! Go see live music more! Etcetera!!!!
