No More Tears by Gardiner Harris

Don’t ask me why I threw away every J&J product in my home (including, devastatingly, Aveeno lotion, which is still a loss for me) if you don’t want to hear my diatribe against this truly evil company. It turns out tamper-proof packaging on OTC medications is only sort of for customer safety; much more for covering corporate asses when shit hits the fan. And talc-based baby powder was sold in the US until 2023!!! Despite years of evidence definitively demonstrating that it is carcinogenic and causes respiratory problems like mesothelioma (and it is still available and even MARKETED in many other countries). And the opioid marketing! These people are as bad as the Sacklers, maybe worse! I shouldn’t be so shocked at this point but it’s corporate greed all the way down. Worth reading if only for another reminder of how regulatory capture is destroying us all.
