Outside of the box potato dish recs/ideas please! Headed to a potato themed party at the beach (7th annual) in a couple weeks and I’m stumped on what to make that’s not the typical potato dishes. There will be a potato appetizer competition and I’m competitive! 😅 My brain can only think of potato salad, fried potatoes, mashed, baked etc…but I want to make something different, unique…
I add fresh herbs from the garden (Thyme/Parsley/Chives), and use heavy cream. I always use good parm, very simple. I make it for guests and they always rave, it's easy to make too.
