finding the watch you pined for in middle school as an adult

in a little shop in the Akihabara neighborhood in Tokyo, for $20 no less. this pale pink Baby G is everything to me. it harkens back to when I yearned for one all those years ago, and the joy i felt finding it in a secondhand shop. I’ve programmed some phone numbers into it, the backlight is pink, and it’s blissfully simple.
