Sweet and sour pickled veg; Aromatic coriander (apologies to those who have the genetic mutation that doesn't allow them to experience this wonderful herb); Salty and savory pâté; Smokey meats; Spicy jalapeños. If it wasn't sacrilege I'd put mayo on this motherfucker.”
