3 Questions "Game" at Meals

I make my kindergarteners (but especially my son) ask my parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and out-of-town friends three questions when we get together for holidays or meals to get to know them better to teach them how to hold a conversation.

Sometimes they need prompting based on things they like ("What's your favorite Pokémon?" is a classic for the millennial adults), but it's overall a cute way to mitigate adult men who don't know how to hold a conversation.
