The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars

Absolute 10/10. It's Ziggy Stardust. It's amazing. Need I say more? From front to back, this album is nearly perfect. Opener Five Years is one of my personal favorite Bowie songs. Moonage Daydream and It Ain't Easy are other standouts from Side 1. Side 2 keeps up the quality. The last three songs on the album are all incredible. My personal favorite has to be closer rock n roll suicide. The way the song builds with Bowie’s vocals is so powerful. Dare I say it’s a perfect song. It’s not my favorite Bowie album from a purely aural perspective, but it is the album that has made me feel the most.
