Wingspan

“A beautiful board game for bird-lovers and non-bird lovers that will become bird-lovers after playing this game. I recommend playing one of the many playists out there to accompany this game (most oscillate between songs that mention birds and random bird calls... amazing.) There's also an accompanying app I believe where you can scan the bird cards and hear the bird calls. There's also incredible”

“If you’re ready to buckle down for a couple hours of complex (but not extremely competitive) game play, then this is the game for you. It had me at “birdfeeder dice tower” and hasn’t lost me since. My preferred way to play with friends is at a brewery (preferably a spacious one with big tables) with a beer in hand.”

“Wingspan is a beautifully illustrated bird-collecting game where the artwork on each card is stunning enough to make you actually appreciate the different species. As someone who's played it a few times, I love how it's strategic but not overwhelming, with gorgeous components like the birdhouse dice tower and pastel eggs that make the whole experience feel almost meditative.”
