Get a copy of your home inspection report

Ask your home inspector for a copy of the inspection, then study it! Create a tab - in the spreadsheet you will create based on a previous response - and prioritize the issues flagged in the report. Walk around your house and see the issues first hand. Know them, love them, address them in priority order. My creaky house built in 1912 has quite the running tab.
