I always feel immense pity towards the people who tell me they are allergic to stone fruit/fruit with skin. Because there really is nothing more joyful and simplistic than eating a ripe peach on a hot ass summer day. New Jersey is about to get slammed with a heat wave so I am going to my local organic grocery store and stocking UP.
