I'd probably gatekeep this if you could get it. But you can't. Linda Rodin’s luxurious oil-based line was sold to Estée Lauder in 2014 and shuttered in 2021, so I bought every bottle I could find. This jasmine-forward scent is my favorite of all time — and every spritz from my last bottle is sweet sorrow.

Linda came in the store I was working at (Margiela in the West Village) and she was this flawless woman with the most incredible red lipstick and luminous skin and I complemented her on her skin and she pulled out samples from her purse and told me she was working on developing this oil as it was something she had made for herself for years! Incredible smell!!!!

Yesssss Linda is so chic – and the oil was the gateway!! I lived around the corner from John Derian's shop, and they offered me a few samples. I started using the oil — and then I discovered the perfume. Devastated that the line is no longer in production.
