The collection of sleep stories for kids is pretty wide-ranging & effective. My 7-year old’s favorite is Frenchy, about a suburban French bulldog lost in Paris, read by Wanda Sykes. My 11-year-old loves Humphrey, a fancy tuxedo cat, who does travel travelogues of cities all over the world. Mama Bear is read by Maya Rudolph. Yawny McDawny stories never fail at helping them fall asleep quickly. I use yoga nidras on Waking Up, but these are great for the kids
