I love this one too! My favorites are the ricotta berry, the swirled jam, and the vanilla buttermilk. I love how they're so simple but satisfying. I haven't made a snacking cake in a while, gonna go investigate the faves you mentioned!

My two adjustments for the cakes is for the rhubarb I preferred a cinnamon ginger crumble over the sumac, and then for the sesame cake instead of sesames in the cake I covered the baking tin in them so they made like a crust around it? And for the topping I mixed sesame seeds, 1tbsp of sugar, and 1/4 tsp salt and spread it all over and WOW
