I started making this for my toddler when all she wanted was Mac & cheese, but I wanted it to have more nutrients and protein.
You boil the pasta in the bone broth so it soaks into the noodles (you done drain it), the mix in the cheese and enjoy.
I linked a random recipe that is probably better. But here is mine, specifically for boxed Mac & Cheese :
Put dry pasta in the pot
Cover with bone broth, just to the top or a little over
Boil until noodles are to your liking, adding a little more broth if needed.
Once the broth has soaked in and noodles are at the texture you want you can add a little milk or butter if you want, or just add the cheese in, there’s normally a bit of liquid in there to make a nice sauce.
Voila! You’ve probably added like 10g of protein depending on what broth you used.
