Kotohira at Tozai Plaza

Lo key. Cozy, Japanese wooden decor. A good breadth of Japanese dishes ranging from udon, ramen, and bentos. Everything is good. Cant say they have a specialty but it’s good when your crew wants a range of Japanese food. The paintings are so out of place but entertaining to look at.
