Blendtec Total Blender Classic

Full disclosure: this is not quiet. But it can absolutely handle frozen things and other tough items with ease.

I’ve used a Vitamix too, but I prefer the Blendtec because of the pre-set mix settings (Smoothie, puree, soup etc.)

Add whatever you’re blending, hit the button and it comes out perfectly every time. Easy to clean, doesn’t leak.

We received one as a gift years ago (15+) and bought another exactly the same (~6 yrs ago) when outfitting a vacation home. Both have been amazing and reliable.
