Here’s one option from Chairish - which is the real rec.
As a designer I love the granularity of the search function where you can add style, dimension and price parameters.
Vintage is likely to be your best bet if you’re firm on the price point. You’ll get better quality than a comparably priced new piece.
Leather is always a more expensive upholstery option because it’s more labor intensive and there’s more material required than a textile sofa. If you’re committed to new, then Maiden Home makes great pieces in North Carolina and has excellent customer support. I’ve had good luck with them on several occasions.
Last but not least, before you shop - please remember to measure all the door widths/heights, ceiling heights and turns between the street and wherever the sofa will live. Nothing worse than finding or buying the perfect piece and discovering it won’t fit!
