Salman Toor: Someone Like You (Courtauld)

decided to visit the exhibition this past saturday. spanning two (semi-small) floors, it's Salman Toor's first major solo exhibition at a European institution. the emotion captured through the paintings feels so vibrant and semi-relatable as a queer person myself. hoping all london folk get a chance to see it for themselves.

i've mostly seen reviewers discuss the paintings, but the drawings are of equal level (in my opinion). the detail captured in such a small space on the page still amazes me. fab x
