Just my favorite sandwich in the world with the Italian sub coming in as a close second. What a blend of textures and tastes. Sweet and sour pickled veg; Aromatic coriander (apologies to those who have the genetic mutation that doesn't allow them to experience this wonderful herb); Salty and savory pâté; Smokey meats; Spicy jalapeños. If it wasn't sacrilege I'd put mayo on this motherfucker.
