Chicken + salad

They can do whatever they please with a chicken. In the warm months I grill a spatchcock chicken and send it in pieces, winter I roast it. I include a big green salad and a creamy dressing or two dressed seasonal veg sides. Sometimes include a pickle. Always include a loaf of fresh baked bread and usually olive oil cake.
