Playbook for the bathroom and kitchen: Let me know how are we operating in the bathroom and kitchen, the two spaces that pose the most potential awkwardness. Grabbing our own coffee at 7am, even if you get up at 9? Leave the fan on and door closed in the bathroom? I like to know how people use their houses and I'll just fall in line. Otherwise I will quietly panic for 48 hours that I am breaking some unwritten rule.

Stocking the fridge with their favorites: We sleuth and figure out what snacks/beer they like. Also any coffee/milk prefs, and early am breakfast options!! It’s a deeply satisfying gesture to stock the fridge with everyone’s favorite items.
