Plum Tortelettes
A delightfully mini-sized spin on Marion Burros’ G.O.A.T plum torte recipe. Mix batter according to original recipe, spoon into a 12 cup muffin tin, push a plum half into each cup, and cook for 30ish minutes. Custardy on the inside, chewy and sugar-cookie-ish at the edges.
