Brooklyn Public Library Where the Wild Things Are Card

“I grew up going here, had my first book installed here, and have raised my kids in here. The magic of a used and beloved book in a third space never ceases to amaze me and the many who also call it home!”

Lida Richardson

“All libraries, really. Deserves a shout out today because this morning my computer wouldn’t turn on even though my final paper was due. Libraries are important community resources for reasons other than me and my stupid paper, but here we are. Also endorse having a mental illness that makes you back up your work a lot. Also endorse my roommate for letting me borrow her computer after I ran out of”
