Cynar Spritz
Recommended by Phoebe
Cynar is a bittersweet artichoke-based aperitif that makes for a fab spritz. For 1 Cynar spritz: 3 parts dry prosecco, 2 parts Cynar, 1 splash club soda. Garnish with green olives or a lemon slice or both.
