Walking along curbs like balance beams
Recommended by paige
An elevated sidewalk curb hates to see me coming! I go for lots of walks and I love working on my balance while I'm out by finding a good curb to walk along. Bonus is that it's fun; it brings about some whimsy and my inner child :)

The world is a playground. Moving through it can be as fun as you make it!
