Spite Mark Zuckerberg with ScreenZen

I regret to report that this might be more helpful than bricking your phone. I’ve had a big house organization project I’ve been trying to tackle while my child is at sleep away camp so I’ve had to employ this to stay on task. It really works.

Can’t recommend this (free!!) app enough. Totally changed how I use my phone.

The only app/method I have found useful for curbing social media usage while still using them a little bit. You can set extremely customizable limits, and set your own message for yourself before you open them. Mine says “don’t make Mark Zuckerberg money,” bc sometimes spite is the most motivating emotion.
